Lara Ricote is a Mexican-American-Venezuelan stand-up comedian, actor, and writer based in London. She is known for her inventive, high-energy storytelling style that blends stand-up, clowning, and character work. A winner of the Funny Women Stage Award (2021) and the Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Newcomer (2022), her work explores identity, disability, and cultural hybridity with playful surrealism and sharp observational humour.
