Humphries is a vibrant, youthful comedian who brings an incredible amount of energy and passion to the stage. Her humour is observational and personal, from her experiences living in rural Wales to living with PMDD. She tackles the subject of PMDD with both honesty and humour, sharing the challenges of dealing with this condition with raw, authentic emotion while creating a space for empathy and understanding. The audience laughed at the absurdities of small-town life, but they also gained a deeper insight into what it’s like to live with PMDD.
