Paul Hilleard is a Welsh stand-up comedian and writer known for surreal, observational storytelling rooted in working-class life in the South Wales Valleys, who rose to prominence after winning the BBC New Comedy Awards (2024). His comedy is often described as combining offbeat, imaginative writing with dry, grounded observations about everyday life, delivered through a distinctive, understated style.
