Ciaran Chillingworth is a British alternative and sketch comedian whose work sits firmly on the stranger, more surreal end of comedy. Chillingworth combines absurd premises, theatrical characters and a delightfully unpredictable approach to performance. He is also one half of the sketch duo The Mayor and His Daughter (with Kit Finnie), whose work plunges audiences into bizarre, folk-horror-inspired worlds where comedy, mythology and everyday life collide. Whether performing solo or as part of the duo, Chillingworth has developed a distinctive comic style that embraces the weird, the unexpected and the wonderfully inexplicable.
